AMA Asian Bistro is an Asian restaurant located in Boulogne-Billancourt, founded by a mother and her son. The recipes are inspired by traditional Chinese cuisine, reinterpreted by AMA (which means “mom” in Chinese), a chef and restaurant owner with over 30 years of experience. Her son adds his own modern touches, drawing on his many trips to Asia.
The AMA restaurant hopes to help you discover or rediscover Asian cuisine through our dishes inspired by a fusion of Chinese and other Asian cuisines.
